Wash your face, girl
Or don't. Almay's micellar eye makeup remover pads do a good job of removing eye makeup in case you're about two minutes from falling face first into bed. (You're gonna need to use more than one pad if you're taking off face makeup, speaking from experience, or use Almay's makeup remover cleansing t...

Burns your eyes and skin!!!
These should be pulled off the market! I have used Almay eye makeup remover pads for years! As I have sensitive skin and wear contacts I have always used them without a problem. I should have known by the heavy chemical scent that something was different. I tried these and they burned my eyes an...

Severe burning in eyes from reformulated pads
I've used these pads for years, and loved them, but the reformulated biodegradable pads burn and seer my eyes soo badly! The old pads never did that. I checked the ingredients, and I was surprised that there's alcohol in pads that go on the eyes and are marketed as gentle. (This was first brought to my attention on other websites, by other reviewers, when I was trying to make sense of the severe burning). Please bring back an option of the old/classic pads for those of us who adored them and experience severe burning from the new ones.
Eyes sting
Not clear why micellar water was introduced into this product since it really really stings my eyes now! You changed main ingredient but called it the same product?? I tried the non micellar water gentle liquid eye makeup remover with my own cotton pads—stinging is much less. What worked well were the already moistened pads which are now no longer. PLEASE bring them back!!!! Sorry but this 20 year customer will have to find a new brand unfortunately….
Great for removing makeup
These have become a regular addition to my makeup bag since reviewing for Influenster. I like that I can use them to quickly fix a mistake or take off an entire face of makeup.
Burns eyes
I have been using these pads for probably 20+ years and never had a problem, however the last container I bought burns my eyes like crazy! Was there a change in the formula or something? I'm so disappointed!
Almay makeup remover
I had high expectations for these makeup remover towels and they disappointed me a little. They do remove the Makup but I feel like they leave a lot of residue and it doesn't remove the mascara.
Eyes burn
I hate this new formula with the Micellar water as now my eyes burn when I use it. The regular formula is to oily. I wish they'd change it back.
Different ingredients-burns my eyes
I've used non-oily eye makeup remover pads for 30 years at least, and this formula burns my eyes. I don't know if it's the micellar water or the alcohol. They've lost a customer, I can't use these.
New Formula is HORRIBLE - ZERO stars
Don't discount these reviews! And Almay - PLEASE listen to your loyal customers. I have sensitive eyes and this was the ONLY product i've been able to use for years. This new formula stings and burns. I'll keep watching and reading to see if you've done anything to correct this. Until then - I'll find another brand.
Something has changed, burning and swollen eyes
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have used this product for decades and have absolutely loved the ease and gentleness of this product. HOWEVER, my most recent package has been burning my eyes and have developed severely swollen and itchy eyes from the very first use and the effects have compounded with repeated use. I had thought something else was to blame as I have been using this product for so long. But after ruling everything else out, these wipes are to blame. It has been about two weeks and my eyes are still healing. The skin around my eyes is still scale-y which I can only attribute to some kind of chemical burn due to the ingredients. This product should taken off of shelves immediately. Bring back the old formula.
It gets the job done
These are ok. I'm used to a more wet wipe. It does get the job done big I feel like I need to use more than I should. I have to usually use 3 per eye to get everything off.
