Why are the ingredients list different on the new package with the same UPC code? The sample on the boxes even show different shades of blonde. Why did the product change? Is the new box product not going to lighten my dark hair to the same light blonde as before?

This is the most horrible product that I have ever bought now that I just scratched my scalp trying to pull out strands, but the holes quickly broke and tons of hair started pulling out is definitely not for a long hair. This is so bad.

You changed the box again. What keeps happening. Where is the old frost and tip! Did it change. Are the ingredients still going to frost my hair the same? You're ruing the brand.

I have used this product over 30 years. The box has changed but product remained the same… even changing from two powder packets to one inside.. the color results had been consistent. Being a hairstylist/ manager in a large company no other product line could compare. I'd often have reps ask me to go in the other room when someone was asking for platinum blonde. I myself rarely got anything close in salon and nothing close on my own hair without lifting and toning all day. I will say I'm now having absolutely no luck finding this product anywhere. I hope I didn't tell too many people my secret because I have always get compliments on my hair and people are amazed at how healthy it still is going from level 7 to platinum. Please tell me this isn't discontinued!!

This is a great product and have been using it for many years. I just bought a new box and I could barely get the cap on. It's so small. It gave me a raging headache it was so tight.

I first tried this box wonder a year ago. I didnt trust myself or have the patience for the cap 10yrs ago. Sometimes I freestyle and cap. This kit was 19$ and it didn't come w directions, a spatula, gloves or cap. I feel Robbed bc I only needed the cap this time. Other than that it would get 5stars. It would be nice if Clairol could do something as the kit was delivered and non refunded.

They really need to change the type of dispenser for this product! The color was so thick it wouldn't come out of the tube! I had to cut the tip 4x! Resulting in different shades of blonde all over my head!!! Looks Terrible! DO NOT BUY!!

Been using product for over 16 years and love it my hair is very dark, I actually live it on for hour and half with plastic bag over it its the best lighting I've had

Bought the Clairol Frost and tip twice lately. Problem is the cap must be for a child?? Cannot put cap on whatsoever. Frustrating .. I had to use a cap from another brand highlighting kit.
