My son is 8 (very much in the target demographic of this product) and has been in the L/XL size for a year or so, maybe closer to two. I know that the package says that it goes up to 125 pounds, but at 75 pounds, he is starting to have problems with the sides splitting open during the night! Clearly...

Good but leak sometimes
I have Asperger's syndrome and I still have accidents often at night these work great but they do leak a little bit sometimes I also use assurance nighttime underwear I prefer the assurance because of how heavy of a wetter I am at night they hold up better but I'd still recommend these

XL Goodnites are worth it
I can't begin to explain how much the new XL size has changed my life. As embarrassing enough it is to have bladder problems, goodnites make it worth it. While I may be 31 years old still needing protection, goodnites has made it manageable. I no longer have to worry about accidents and that makes it all worth it
