Great liner and its from Korea!
I was surprised to see wnw came out with a brush tip liner as that is my preferred type of liner and turns out it is made in Korea which means its even better! Tattoo liner by kvd is Korean also and Korean liners tend to be better because it's a humid country so the formulations are more smudge proo...

So it says waterproof cry-proof humidity proof smudge proof flake proof. So once dry it is definitely smudge flake and fade proof. Although if you cry or wet your eyes I suggest light pat drying not wiping your eyes because then it will definitely smudge. This product reminds of a slightly upgraded...

Honestly since they've reformulate worst eyeliner ever
Since you guys have reformulated the formula, it is the worst eyeliner. I have ever tried. I have recommended this to everybody. I've tried and I do not do my makeup without doing eyeliner. I want to refund. This is honestly ridiculous, if I would have known you guys were formulated, and it was this bad. I wouldn't have bought in it because it's not waterproof doesn't last like I would go for a nap, and it would be still there. Now it doesn't even last like I'll rub my eye and it comes right off like it's ridiculous. You guys got rid of the formula that made you waterproof you also completely changed the brush, and now it doesn't work properly. It completely skips

Amazing eyeliner lasts all day easy to control t
I've been using this eyeliner since middle school it is my fav in the whole world. I sweat a lot and this stays on all day when I scratch or rub my eye it stays on the streaks can be light/thin or nice and thick for that thick base of ur wing. The brush is so easy to control I would recommend this to anyone no matter their skin. My eye water a lot because of my contacts and they last through that. The name is true it is break up proof 😂

For a drugstore price this performs as well as many high end brands. It's perfect for the waterline or for creating a soft winged look. If you have oily eyelids or watery eyes this is a lifesaver.

I was truly surprised at just how deeply black pigmented and precise this little baby was. It'll give highend liner pens a run for their money! You get the luxury look for less than $10.00 and it doesn't fade flake or smudge!
Long term wear!
I have allergies and my eyes water. This is the only eyeliner that I have found I've tried them all that has staying power and doesn't constantly irritate my eyes
Eyeliner that stuck
This eyeliner worked decently well for me. It stayed on and gave me a nice black lined eye without flaking and smudging for most of the time but it still can get messed up. It is comfortable to apply and the packaging leaves less waste behind. When it is time to remove the eyeliner from your face simple skin and makeup cleansers take the pencil off. Sometimes it's not the easiest!
Good for a pinch
This product is good if your budget is tight. I find if you have oily lids or just a long day it is a hit or miss in longevity. I love the packaging and precision but they must've changed their formula where it just doesn't last. If you are diligent about not touching your face you can expect a patchy liner at the end of the day

I was looking for an affordable waterproof liquid eyeliner and somehow this packaging caught my attention. I decided to give it a try and OMG. I loved it. Easy to apply good color and last all day.
