Didn't work for me.
Solution expensive and worked for a week. Now I am trying white vinegar. I like the appliance but I have only had it for 7 months. Hope vinegar is a better solution. I have never used tap water with this product.

I did this to my machine and the next 6 pods were so bitter and nasty. I called customer service and got the most snotty lady who was pushy and rude. Hung up on her because I didn't need a lecture on my phone number that was on my account and play 50 questions. I have students to help and have thing...

Sorry to say...
Purchased w/hopes it would clear out the water line... It only drips and drips and drips. Descale light comes on every time... doesnt want to go through and clear out the issue so its an expensive fail for me, sorry to say.
Descaling.
Descaling this pot very time consuming. But I guess it must be done.

I have never tried any other brand because Keurig descaler keeps my brewer clean and producing good flavored coffee. I use it as often as the brewer suggests.

And I think descaling also helps keep the water and coffee fresh. I have been using both for probably at least 25 years.

Have been using Keurig coffee machines now for close to 14 years now and can't imagine myself using anything other than a Keurig Coffee Machine. This solution did not work at all. I am very disappointed with having a kuerig coffee maker that does not work. It is not an old one. I've probably only used it for about 6 months.

This stuff really works it was nice to get it cheaper than usual
Too long of a process
Took far too long on the phone to rescale the machine. The tech kept repeating stuff which I found to be quite irritating. At one point I ssid to him 'can you just answered my question please'. Dont know why descalibg solution cant be put in, run thru & done!

This worked very well for me. The keurig worked much better after using it.

I followed step by step instructions to descale my new Keurig and when I got to the last step my where I had to let the solution run out then add water, before I could get water in it my Keurig started smoking then as fast as I could put water in it it kept smoking and then stopped working..... I read that I was not the first person this happened to... I will never descale any machine again
