They changed the formula of this shampoo since the last time I bought it and it's awful. I've used Pantene for 30 years (since I was a teenager) and I will not be using it anymore. The new formula made my hair feel very weird while I was washing it (not soft or slick at all, but "squeaky clean"). Once my hair dried, it felt very dry and frizzy, again, not soft or shiny like it always has. I had a little bit of the old product left and went back and used it and my hair went right back to normal. I'll be switching brands from now on.

I have used this shampoo for years and all of a sudden - something has changed. It leaves my hair heavy and greasy feeling. why?????? Why change what wasn't broken?

I've been using this product for years and it's been great. However, sometime in the last 2 months, the ingredients/formula has changed. My hair no longer feels clean after I dry it and I can barely run my hands through my hair. It feels gross and dense. Until they start making it like they used to, I'll be switching to another brand.

I love this shampoo. It gets my hair clean, but leaves it soft and shiny. I used to use Pantene in the 90's and loved it. This formula is just like the 90s formula!!

I bought Classic because I thought it was my usual Pantene blend but when I used it I realized by the odor it was anything but the usual. It was sickenly sweet. And when I called to get a refund the address was spoken so quickly that it was impossible to write it down. And who keeps a receipt from the supermarket? (another requirement) Lousy customer service.

As I have aged and my dense, fine, wavy red hair has faded, I am left with hair around my face that is frizzy and dry, but with a section of my scalp on the crown that is still oily. I have struggled for at least two years to find something that worked for all my hair, but most options have left me with good waves but a greasy scalp, or a non-greasy scalp but dry, frizzy ends. I even tried using two different shampoos, on different sections of my head, in the same wash but no luck. I started using this a month ago and love the results! I wash alternate days, follow with conditioner only on the dry parts, and then let it air dry. All of my hair looks shiny, healthy, and not greasy, and the waves look great for two full days. I am getting compliments on my hair again!

This product works well on my hair, but makes my scalp itch like crazy and gives me dandruff. Every Pantene product I have used has this same effect on my scalp.

I like this product because it's very good and great friends should learn and try it once, if you like it, use it again next time. I do not advertise or work for this product. I hope you will feel it too

This is the only shampoo I've used for years. Price isn't too high and does what it's intended to do. See some shampoo for 25 or more that I notice no difference.

I used to use this and got so many compliments. The smell is so fresh and clean, you can always tell when someone uses Pantene. Makes me really appreciate clean hair and Makes me want to wash mine more often. I only wash it a twice a week bc it's course and dry.
