GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA WITH SPF 15!
I've been a long time customer of the ORIGINAL lip balm. I'm highly disappointed in the new one.The original lip balm smelled good, and was smooth and clear. The new formula stinks and it's gritty and white! Please add the SPF back!! Come on Palmers, listen to your customers and go back back to the original formaula! Now I have to find another brand to use.
Why has this product changed? Really awful
My old stock ran out, bought some more and have found that it has changed to something hideous that is not moisturising, smells awful and leaves white marks?? Please bring the old formula back, lip balm is one of my desert island essentials!!!
What happened to the sunscreen
Have used this for over 10 years. I had no ide the sunscreen was removed. My lips got super sun burned last weekend. Why remove the sunscreen?

I am allergic to several ingredients which are often in lip balms. I cannot use this product until I see a complete list of ingredients.
Breakout bad
I have heard of all the good feedback and want to try. I breakout so bad. I stopped using it. I wish it'd work on me like the rest of these good reviews :( Oh, the scent is nice but it shouldn't be put onto your skin (perfume)

Since making it from zinc it now dries and irritates my lips. If it's not broke don't fix it

The best ! is the best . I and the whole family use it. it hydrates the lips and in my case it successfully treats herpes.

AWFUL! Absolutely AWFUL! They changed my beloved lip balms formula. WHY????? It was so awesome, BUT NOT ANMORE! It doesn't smell or feel the same way as it used to., AND they removed the SPF15. What a shame. I have to look for a new cocoa butter lip balm.
Mineral Oil
There is no longer any cocoa butter "taste" or scent ! Feels like I smeared petroleum jelly on my lips. I understood the changes in sunscreen but lowering cocoa butter to almost the last ingredient was very upsetting. Threw away 3 tubes because it is so gross!!!
Horrendous
I bought this thinking it would moisturise my lips… NO. And let me tell you I used this for a few weeks every day to see if it would change and give it the benefit of the doubt… no. My lips bleed and chap after using this (and I DO NOT even have issues with dry lips) this is a terrible terrible formula. Also it comes out a white colour and then the residue left over stays on your lips in a line. It's gross. Please don't buy, stick with Vaseline that's never done me wrong.
