THEY DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The shades I got in the mail did not match the color online. They were darker and had more red in them than what the pallets show. I never used them or touched the lipstick myself and when I asked to exchange them for a lighter color I was told they don't accept lipstick returns. And then they suggested I buy more of their crap product with a coupon!!!!! So the solution was no return. No exchange. Just spend more money????? That is not ethical business practice

I have been using this lipstick for a very long time, and I am very, very pleased with the color and quality.
Teddy bear statement matte lipstick.
I love your brand of statement lipsticks because they are matte but also the nourish my lips and don't try them out. The color lasts for an incredibly long time and even when it's fading my lips still have a tend to them as if they have a light stain on them. Love your products and always have for years.
