I just used it tonight, and I was blonde but not completely; still a lot of brown in my hair. I left it on for the time the box said, and when I was done, it looked black. I dried it, and it's very dark brown. I'm very upset with how it turned out because I was trying to go back to my natural color, and instead it is almost black. Hopefully Google is right that you need to use a clarifying or dandruff shampoo to restore it to its marketed color. My hair feels really nice and soft, and applying the dye was a pleasant experience, super easy. I felt the primer let me use less dye than usual, and it smelled great, just not the color I wanted.

the color is okay - I use it as a base color and then go in for highlights. But this time there were no instructions in the box, which, as I read here, is a common problem. Nowhere could I find developing times. Would it be so hard to post full instructions for this brand somewhere?

This colour is so much darker than it's meant to be, it made my mid brown hair almost black! Will never use this brand again.

Very aggravated at this stuff! Worked for 30 minutes to try and get it off my skin. had to scrub until my skin nearly bled to get it off. Other Clairol and L'Oreal does not do this. It comes off easily with baby oil or Almay Makeup Removers. Very disappointed in it. Doesn't look like it colored the hairline grays either despite putting it on thicker there which resulted in color on my skin not coming off

I had high hopes that this was going to be a good product….. how wrong was I ! Shade 5:3 is absolutely nothing like the colour on the box . My hair has gone very dark brown/ black.I am so upset as it has completely ruined my hair and I have an event to go to looking like this . Beware of choosing a lighter colour as it will be darker than you expect.

My box came without instructions. Glad for the internet as this was my first time with this brand. All tubes say read instructions thoroughly, but none were enclosed.

it worked really well and coloured all of my hair, including my bleached ends and dark roots, but the colour was way darker than the box. i'll wash it a few times to see if that helps but it's not at all the right colour

Beyond disappointed. Purchased the medium GOLDEN brown colour in hopes of enhancing my already golden brown hair. Instead, this product has left my hair black and has ruined my natural colour.

I bought the coral sands color. I will say if you are blonde the color doesnt at all show up like whats on the box, i cant speak for those with darker hair. This box dye definitely lightens hair and is more blonde than "coral." Luckily I already had red tones in my hair so it made it more "coral." In my opinion its more of a blonde with dusty rose hints. Overall not made, it definitely helped blend my over grown roots. Just thought id give my honest review since there arent many on this color.

Used this last week. Have used Nice and Easy many times but loved to idea of changing from medium blonde to more warm tones. Followed all instructions and found product easy to use. Result was very nice. Did not shampoo for 3days to allow to style. After 2nd wash I'm very disappointed that colour has faded away and I'm back to original colour. Can't understand this as previous Clairol product worked so well
