I have been an avid user of Q Tips for 30 years because of their quality. The strong, cardboard stick was unmatched. I noticed last year that this quality had changed a bit, but still tried to remain loyal. After that experience I said I would buy again just to be sure I wasn't mistaken. I bought another box today, and I am super disappointed! The cotton on the end is much thinner, and the sturdy, cardboard stick is now a weak, flimsy, very easy to bend disappointment. After many years, Its now time to bid farewell to Q Tip swabs for me, because I can find this cheap quality in less expensive brands.

I have used these for many many years. They are great for cleaning water out of my ears and especially Great for helping with my make up. I will always buy them by name.

Recently purchased a new box of Q-TIPS ® Cotton Swabs. There is less cotton on the tip, and worst of all the carboard stick is so flimsy as to render them useless. So I purchased a couple of generic travel ones to compare. You are now as bad or worse then those. You went from the product I'd buy over any other, to a waste of my time and money. Now while filling in this form I see you ask: What influences your purchase? and quality isn't an option. guess that is a telling sign.

Wow ~ As the years have gone by the "fluffy" tips have disappeared, but now the stick is bendable with just the slightest pressure. Such a downward spiral in a product I have used for a lifetime. Prices up, quality DOWN. Seriously?

I use Q-tips for cleaning my ears, adjusting make-up smears and other beauty ways. But I also use Q-tips for cleaning my cats' ears. I use it for cleaning areas (camper sink drain stopper) that are small and not easy to get too. I love Q-tips and always keep 3 boxes going at a time.

You USED TO make a great product (Q-tips); now YOU DON'T. DITTO to what everyone else is saying in all the 1-star reviews. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Now I don't often use these for cleaning my ears since I've been told its not good for you but I do use them for other purposes . I use them for cleaning up my makeup like eyeshadow marks as well as using them to help me with gluing things together

I use them all the time. Cleaning little tiny spots, crafts, my ears, cleaning hard to reach spots. I just love them.

We have always purchased Qtip brand swabs for the better quality. The last few boxes we purchased have contained a much poorer quality product. There seems to be less cotton and the stick has no stability anymore. No reason to buy quality if it is not going to be delivered.
