I am very happy with this product. It helps my son with irritation.

I used this on my 4 kids when they were babies to QUICKLY heal diaper rash. I remember one time while on vacation, my infant daughter developed an angry, bright red diaper rash on her bottom. I applied a generous amount to the rash. By her next diaper change, the rash had turned to a pale pink and had considerably shrunk, and again, I applied a generous amount. By the following day, the rash was completely gone and I had my happy baby back again. This product works!

I've been using penaten cream for years. It's excellent when you're sick and you've wiped and blown your nose raw, and it's amazing for chafing thighs, or friction burn. 10/10, would recommend to literally anyone.

A highly, thick and effective cream! Magic! I got it when i was in canada! My only question, can i use it with every diaper change or it will turn to be less effective if i always use it?

Bought this product as recommed by a friend who had used this product for her children. Found cream so thick and stick that it was hard to apply. Also was difficult to remove. I had high hopes for this product only find my baby rash not resolving but appears to get worst. Due to the store I had purchased this product from I unfortunate cannot return this product. Truly disappointed

Love this product. Works great for diaper rush. We also used them for other skin problems.

My mom used it on us, I used it on my kids, and also great for some adult uses too.

Got a rash and my mom told me to try I put it on thinking it was not gonna work. Right away it took away the pain of the rash then next day the rash was gone will be getting some of this.

I'm writing here because I didn't see a place marked "customer service" where one could send a question; my comment and question are therefore below. It's been years since I purchased Penaten cream, but I did so recently, and by coincidence so did my husband because I'd mentioned it. He bought the small tin and I bought the large tin. The product, the cream, is great for the skin problem I wanted it for. Thank you. The lids of both the small and large tins are way too loose tho'. My recollection of the tin was that the lid went on firmly, and was even kind of hard to open. But these tins ... if you go to pick them up by the lid the lid comes off in your hand. What happened? Why not just use a threaded lid/tin so the lid screws on and stays put? Best regards, Elilzabeth

Bought this hoping it would help with my eczema, tested it on my arm and it seemed fine, then tried with more sensitive areas and it resulted in what I'd call a chemical burn. Not sure if I'm allergic to something in it that I was not previously aware of, but I was quite disappointed!!
