Did not make any difference
This did not work. My sink is still clogged. And the price isn't worth it either- you can just buy the ingredient, sodium hydroxide, in bulk for a cheaper price per unit.
Ok for minor clogs
Better packaging with thorough instructions that help you step by step what to do. My draining was more than a clog problem but this would definitely be helpful with normal clogging. Would like something less toxic.
Minimal odor
Built specifically for kitchen-type clogs (grease, food particles, soap/film) and promises to "melt grease" in drains. The smell is minimal but I found this is not that effective.
Be your own plumber
If your kids drop something down the sink or you have grease, this will cit it down and rinse it away. This is a good thing to use for overused kitchen drains or hairsinks.
A lot cleaner than the liquid at unclogging stoppe
Our house was pretty old when we bought it and there's a lot of built up gunk from previous owners. The Drano granules were super easy to use- you drop two tbsp of the granules down the drain and immediately follow with two cups of hot water, then wait 15 minutes for it to work it's magic. We've had a lot less issues with drainage now and I plan to try it out in our shower drain as well which also frequently has a lot of issues.
Sounded like pop rocks
Finally had an opportunity to use these granules in the kitchen. Randomly our kitchen sink decided to back up, so I cracked these open. Followed the super simple directions, added the hot water (which activated the pop rocks noises) and let it work. Rinsed 15 minutes later & we are all good! Hopefully I won't need again for quite a while.

Drain repair made easy
So I have a sink that has sporadic draining issues. This product was easy to use and seems to have made a positive impact on my drain without smelly yucky. The price was affordable and stays it is friendly as well. Hopefully my issues don't return and my pipes are environmentally repaired.
The unclogger yes
I recently used this product on a slow-draining sink in our kitchen and was pretty pleased with the results. I started working almost instantly after we poured in the granules and added hot water, and I definitely noticed an improvement in flow. I liked that it's specifically made for kitchen clogs and can handle grease. The granules were easy to pour, and I did not notice any smell. It says it is safe for all pipes and septic. My only caution is to fully read the instructions - you are NOT supposed to use it with some kinds of garbage disposals?. I'd definitely use it again, though Less. Low prices for great product.
Easy to use!
Our family cooks a lot so our sink drain will inevitably have grease. This Drano product was so easy to use and very effective. We could tell the difference after using as the drain was so much better after!
