Stops Functioning Outside of Warranty

Excellent temperature choices
These kettles eventually start to leak but until then they do a great job. Third one so far.
Nice kettle for various teas
This is the kettle I never thought I needed. I was happy with my standard kettle on the stove. Found the Cuisinart kettle for a good price so I bought it. It's very nice and it does keep the water hot for one half hour. I have trouble seeing the water line as it is right behind the handle. Other than that, no complaints.

More Convenient than Imagined
Perfect water temperature with a touch of a button; I way underestimated how much I would enjoy using it--morning coffee is faster, easier, and more relaxing!
Looks Great
I love that the buttons are on the handle since our old Breville one likely died from water getting on the base. My only wish is that it would shut off once taken off the base; it continues to heat when placed back on the base but does automatically shut off after a few minutes.
Love all the features
I replaced my old electric kettle which didn't any features with this upgraded model. I'm enjoying all the different temperatures settings, along with the keep warm feature. Even my neighbor mentioned how nice it was. Throughly impressed with this electric kettle.

It works just like we wanted, prompt and reliable. Adjustable for tea and/or coffee.
Great - until it wasn't
I have had this kettle for ~ 5 years and really enjoyed it. I appreciated the speed and the temperature control. Until it started leaking from the bottom of the handle creating a ring to a puddle of water on the charging base representing a serious shock hazard. My mom has had a Cuisinart food processor for 30+ years and I trusted this brand for longevity... especially since it isn't a cheap kettle.

I love this kettle, particularly the array of heat settings (very handy for different types of teas.
Love the temperature settings
We love using our new kettle with the different preset temp settings so we can choose it for green tea, oolong, coffee, etc. It is an upgrade from our old kettle that stopped working. I like having the option to keep warm. We have it for a couple months now and my main complaint is that the lid no longer opens fully for refilling water. I need to use my hand to pull it open. Not sure if it's a design issue or our unit only. We use our pot daily for coffee and tea. Also, please be aware the kettle is hot to the touch as it's not insulated. Will still buy it for a reputable brand.
