Can I give it less than one star? What happened to this cake? It used to be my go-to for cupcakes. I made some yesterday for Mothers Day and they were terrible—dense and dry. I won't buy this again. It's so disappointing that they would mess with something that was so good and replace it with this. I'll be buying with Bobs Red Mill or King Arthur.

I never tried the previous recipe and I don't what changed like those negative reviews say, but I am really happy how mine turned out - fluffy and light, and not gritty or hard like some other GF mixes. GF baking tips: - Because you don't have to worry about gluten developing by mixing too long, I had my batter mixed a little longer in the stand mixer. I think this helped to make it fluffier. - Because of the differences in nature of starch, GF flours, especially rice flour, tend to be gritty. You can avoid it by letting the batter sit for 20-30 min before you bake. - I used almond milk instead of water, and plant-based butter to make mine dairy free as well. I'm not sure if that made any difference.

This cake mix was my absolute favorite! So rich, moist, and chocolatey. However, this time, when I made it , it was extremely dense, crumbly, and dry. It didn't taste at all like it used to. The stark difference made me visit the site to see if I possibly had omitted an ingredient by mistake. But that was not the case. I am so disappointed! WhY change such a great product? If this is what it will continue to be like, I will have to move on and find another cake mix in its place

I made the Gluten free Devils food cake. followed instructions to the tee. Its dry not moist, leaves an after taste in your mouth and worst of all the product is partially GMO. I am Gluten sensitive and will never purchase nor waste my time with your cake products. This is not the first time I purchased this product. Each time I have been disappointed. Now knowing its partially GMO, never again. Real Gluten free chocolate cakes are made with real chocolate, eggs

This is my favorite gluten free cake. So moist and delicious!!!! Makes perfect cupcakes every time

I am very disappointed i loved this cake mix before it changed it was my go to as i am gluten free. Now the ingredients changed they come out crumbly dry and the taste is horrible. I will not be purchasing this anymore.

Now this contains aluminum. Will no longer buy.Was 5 star - now ZERO.:(

The mix was much better before the ingredients changed.  It was my go-to chocolate cake, but I will no longer be purchasing it unless it changes back.It WAS perfect and the best cake mix I had ever bought.  But no longer. I will now be creating my cakes from scratch. 

The chocolate cake is not good. Texture is ashy, and the chocolate flavor is weak. I'd recommend the King Arthur gf chocolate cake. 

I love the gluten free yellow and chocolate cake mixes but now I can't find them anymore.  Please tell me why and can I order directly from you?
