This is not eggplant parmigiana
This couldn't by any stretch of the imagination be considered eggplant parmigiana Perhaps pasta with eggplant and breadcrumbs. Nothing more. It's just awful
Egg plant lasagna
This is really good.! I surprised as far as frozen entree go. ( not the brand). I would say buy , try it. I did add some extra cheese after. But, be still good without.
Vegetarian finner
This is a really yummy, effortless dinner. On its own it with a salad .. it's pretty darn good.
