Does what it says
This is a product l only buy when needed. It certainly gives me a jolt of energy on a long busy day. The sweetness may not be popular with some but l don't mind it. As someone who drives a lot, l usually keep one in the car for long trips when it's essential to be alert and clear headed.

Yes , its ok when you really needed it . But its always good not to drink just for unnecessary use. And please drink , but drink wisely. I personally will only drink when I need a boost of energy may be once a year.
