Very good
Every time I used to dye my hair, it would take on red tones, but this color suits me beautifully; it didn't turn red at all, and it looks very good and lovely.
Color change to deep dark red
I've been using this color for over 20 years with complete satisfaction. I like the strawberry blond color which is natural to me. Yesterday, I used the product and the result is a deep dark red color, which is absolutely horrific.
Discontinued color B1 ???? WHY ????
Why discontinue the best selling color in Excellence line ,??? B1 light ash blonde. I have been using Excellence hair color for years, now the best color has been discontinued very very sad 😔
Does not cover greys
This doesn't cover grey at all. I have tried a few different colours with no success. Super annoying when you say it 100% covers and it just doesn't - at all.
Color not as advertised
I am so upset I tried the 8UA. It is so dark nothing like on the box. Color is flat and dark. Stayed 30 minutes no longer. I will never use this again.

I'm pleased with this product coverage Changed from garnier nutrisse which did not cover my grey hair completely. This is my new hair colour from now on
No Good
This blond color is the WORST I've ever tried. The color on the box is not the color on your head when done. I have used this same color on loreal preference and its the only one that gives you real blonde. This is garbage and more of a beige blonde .Don't believe the pic on the box you're hair does not go as light as it shows and no where close to that color. It is a waste of money.!!
Exellence Creme F15 - AMAZING
I buy F15 - it is the BEST - I am 61 years and only started colouring my hair since Covid. I was so terrified it would come out green or something if I did it myself - well Covid happened and you could go to the hair dresser. I saw the L'oreal commercials on tv and took the plunge. this excellence creme is very easy to use and does not make a mess. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the conditioner - I would buy that on its own if I could - it makes your hair so soft.
Easy home application!
I received the L'Oreal Excellence Cream in shade F15 Medium Maple Brown to try from Topbox Circle. I haven't home colored my hair for a couple years, and was pleased to find the process fairly easy! I like that it came from with a pre-color treatment, and then post treatment conditioner it comes with is fantastic. I am starting to get a fair number of grays, and this covered them all nicely and was a complementary medium brown shade to my natural color. Left hair soft and shiny, very happy with the results! #freeproduct #trywithtopbox
My Go-To Hair Colour
I use this Hair Colour anyway but was very happy to receive it for free from TopBox Circle #TryItWithTopbox. Its easy to apply. The colour comes out great on my hair - not too light or too dark - just right. Unfortunately, since I have a lot of grey hair, the colour only lasts a few weeks before I need to top up but its still good for me. Doesn't dry out my hair.
