I've bought a few of these because I needed it to go on quickly, but I don't keep them on long because in two hours I look like I have PANDA eyes. They are only good for about a week because they have very little product inside. So.. it goes on fast, looks great.. for a little while.

As everyone else has said, the eyeliner cream itself is good, but the packaging is a disaster. You get a couple of uses, but then the product is below the level of the pencil container. It was not clear until I tried everything I could think of that there was no way to twist it to get to more. I then tried a cosmetic pencil sharpener that has 2 different size holes, even though the pencil has a plastic-y feel that seems odd to have to shave off. Neither size hole worked, although I have successfully used it on several other products. Now I see from reviews that you want us to by a special 3-in-1 pencil sharpener from you. This smacks of you deliberately designing the size of the pencil so that customers are forced to buy yet another product from you in order to use the first. No way. This is going in the trash and I am now very suspicious of Covergirl. ... By the way, they are now making it very difficult for me to submit this review -- my first three nicknames were "already taken", although they are not common. Then they are forcing me to use an "optional" additional feature like a photo or a youtube link in order to submit my review. I feel censored.

The twist up feature does not work, so once I used it a couple of times, I couldn't access any more of the product.

The actual ingredients of this product are great and long lasting. However, the delivery system is horrible. I only get two uses before I have to sharpen pencil again, and then a large amount of the product gets wasted in order to peel away all the wooden slivers. Can you please make this into a self sharpening pencil? Other companies implement that feature. Unless the pencil changes, I won't be buying this product again.

This eyeliner is a great value for your money. It's very terrible. The packaging is black nice and sleek. The application goes on smooth and so adverse you don't have to worry about it smudging and it last all day the pigmentation is so there that it's so dark and so black very very pigmented I use this in the mornings when I go to work I work 8 to 10 hours and I come home and it is still there wearable seeable! I highly recommend this eyeliner

I have been using this product for years. It is nice and smooth going on and lasts. With the last 4-5 pencils I have been having issues sharpening them such that the pencil becomes totally useless. That didn't use to happen so something has changed. Try to go back to look and fix it. I have 3 different double sharpeners and none of them work on these pencils. What a shame because the product itself is excellent and it used to sharpen no problem.

I have used other Covergirl eyeliner products, and liked them. This one, Exhibitionist, was a waste of money. The packaging said "easy to sharpen", there was no sharpener on the pencil, and no sharpener I had worked, So it was a waste of money.

I loved this eyeliner. It went on smooth and then you had to go and change the pencil. I have tried multiple sharpeners and the pencil is now worthless. If you changed the pencil you could have created a sharpener just for your pencils. I would be more than happy to pay for one.

I have bought this product before, thought it was defective because I could NOT get it to bring up more product with the twist piece on the bottom..... just purchased it again and the same thing has happened - I've learned my lesson, the twist base doesn't do anything....... no stars at all

As the others have said, once I tried to sharpen it the eyeliner became unusable! What a waste! And here comes the product team to tell me to buy a new sharpener in 3,2,1...
