Do not recommend
I've been a long time user of the exhibitionist version, and since trying the eye enhancing version, I'm experiencing smudging throughout the day, which is super disappointing and defeats the purpose of wearing liquid eyeliner. Why change a great smudge proof formula??
Ruined since it became "waterproof"
This used to be my favorite liner for years but it doesn't work well anymore since becoming "waterproof." Now, it's harder to edit the edges as I'm going for a particular shape AND it smudges way more throughout the day - the worst of both worlds.
