It's super smooth just not super waterproof.
It's good for the price. Only down side is it's not as water proof as claimed. I have terrible allergies and my cat eye didn't last 10 minutes. But if you don't depend on the waterproof part it's good.

Waterproof mascara
I have tried many mascara and this is one of my fave waterproof mascara out there it doesn't not move and has a great price to it and the tub it self is amazing and if your eyes water doesn't worry your eyes will be good and the application process is not that hard.

Im impressed and in love with it!
I finally found a good felt-tip eyeliner pen.. it is not waterproof but it lasts all day. It is not shiny! Not runny! The thinness of the tip material and the weight of the pen overall is very good in the hands to give you good control when using it. Im in love with it that i want to use it every day. (Im used to only using liner or winged on weekends of special ocasiones)

Easy application
This is one of the only liquid eyeliners I've ever used. So easy to apply and doesn't smudge easily. If you're not good at eyeliner this is the best one to start out with. The tip is very fine and easy to draw out your cat eye.
good eyeliner for oily eyelids
best liquid eyeliner i've tried for my oily eyelids. it's a little hard to take off but it's perfect! perfect strokes each time and brush never gets bad! only issue is it does leak sometimes either little or a lot. sometimes it drys and the cap gets stuck on it. but the product itself is good!
All-day high quality wear
I have been using this eyeliner for years. The picture attached is after 13 hours of wear with a few tears during a big family event. It is super easy to apply the eyeliner dries down quickly. It stays all day but I can remove it with my usual makeup melt or micellar water when it is time. Whenever I do my eye makeup this is my go-to!

It does not stay on my lash line and smears into black streaks going up my eyelids. Very disappointing! PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE SUPER SKINNY ONE WITH THE THINNER TUBE.
Dried out mascara
I preferred three of the waterproof mascaras. ALL THREE WERE DRY. NONE OF THEM WERE ANY GOOD. I was very disappointed.
Best eyeliner ever
I love this marker style eyeliner it makes it so much easier to use. I will say that if you have very oily eyelids this might not be the eyeliner for you. But this is a great eyeliner. It can last you all day. And it really is waterproof.
