Not Fajita Seasoning, just corn starch!
If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. I usually make my own seasonings, but I don't do fajitas often so decided to buy the seasoning packet. First of all, why is the first ingredient corn starch? It should just be spices. The corn starch made it super gummy and it didn't taste or smell like fajitas at all. It was really quite disgusting. I'm not sure if they have changed the recipe over the years to cut costs or what has happened, but this was NO FAJITA seasoning whatsoever. Shame on you Old El Paso!
Expected more, wasn't impressed.
I routinely use El Paso taco seasoning so when I saw a fajita mix, I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed as the mix didn't provide the pungent flavors I'm used to with the taco blend. In fact, it turned everything very gelatinous, and hardly had any flavor at all.

Fajita Slime Mix
This is pretty much corn starch with the bare minimum of seasoning. So it just ends up coating your fajita ingredients in a near flavorless, quickly congealing jelly/slime, and doesn't add much else. I would recommend actively avoiding this product and looking at other brands.
Corn Starch? Are you kidding me?
Terrible Gooey Sauce. And it's all due to the corn starch thrown into the packet. No flavor. I didn't even see any cumin spice which is a normal Mexican addition to their cooking spices. Got this because store was all out of other fajita packets

Tossed the entire pan. Going to toss the other 3 packets I purchased as well. Not out of date. It is a known problem. Shame on Old El Paso for not correcting this issue.
White.. Starchy.. no flavor… No Mistake
It was white, starchy and had no flavor. I had to check the internet because I thought I had a contaminated or re-called pack. But after seeing a lot of reviews… I see this is no mistake. The taco seasoning , I will continue to buy but I will never buy this fajita mix again.
This Product Needs to go back to the Lab
Absolutely dreadful. Please fix this product. As others have stated, it lacks authenticity, flavor, and it just turns otherwise delicious ingredients into a gelatinous mess. I wish people could view these reviews while at the grocery to save others from making the same mistake I did.

It literally congealed. We could pick up hunks of plasma-like goop. Absolutely inedible.
