Tear down the seam VERY easily
I will not buy these again. They tear down the seams so easily! It takes quite an effort sometimes to open them when they're sealed shut, so when you pull them apart they tear all the way down. Ziploc is no longer my Go To
I bought a 24 pack of Ziploc Slider Freezer (gallon). There is a 5" sllit in each of the bags. I thought it was just a couple that were defective, but the whole box was unusable. I have always trusted the Ziploc name for it's quality when shopping for storage/freezer bags. That will not happen again because the quality and flimsiness of the bags have gotten progressively worse. Maybe the cheaper versions are actually better. I threw away my receipt because of my trust, so I couldn't return it to local store where I bought. That will not happen again. Ziploc is no longer my default for storage bags/containers.
I love these bags.
I love these bags. The slider ensures I get the bag closed properly. The freezer option is great for batch cooking. The white space is easy to write on.
"Zipper" Problem. Every bag in box of 32 fails to seal.
One of my uses is to marinate chicken breasts before grilling.
I think I just got a faulty production run
We use the Large Ziploc Slider to freeze meats mostly in portions that are large enough for me and my wife. The box I just opened has a quality control issue in that the clear plastic is separating from the blue plastic that holds the white plastic slider. This happened to the first three I removed from the box. Consequently there is no way to seal the bag. I'd be happy to ship them back to SC Johnson if that would help you identify the problem.
Ziploc Slider bags Power Shield - Doesn't Seal
I bought the 24 Freezer Gallon Slider bags and they just don't work / seal. Try and Try - but nothing. All other Ziploc bags are Great. Not this one!!!
These are a staple
These are a staple in my kitchen. They work for everything, leftovers, dividing up meats to put in the freezer, I like to put my chips or other snacks in them if they don't have a resealable top.
Love these bags, they
Love these bags, they hold nicely and have never had any issues with them. You can seal it up and reuse whenever your ready. You can find these pretty much anywhere and very affordable
I store a lot
I store a lot of things in these bags. I sometimes buy in bulk and I will use these. I don't have any issues with them. Also, they are priced right.
I can't live without
I can't live without slider bags. I use them to carry sliced fruit and to freeze fruit for smoothies later.
The slider makes it
The slider makes it easier to close. These are strong and keep my food fresh. I've never had a problem with them tearing.
