I've used this shampoo for… esh… at least 15 years and loved everything about it. However, the new formula isn't even close to the old and I just plain, well, don't like it. It leaves my hair feeling dirty and flat. I wash my hair at night and by the next morning my hair looks dirty. I'm sorry to say that whatever you changed did not improve the product. Please bring the old formula back!

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner combo product for the last few years and I used to love it. It left my hair silky .But the last few months I noticed something was changed in the ingredients as whenever I purchased the newer stock, after I used it it left my hair felt like there's a wierd feel to it. No longer smooth and silky but maybe a feeling of a somewhat residue that lingers on my hair. That's how I would describe it. Please bring back original formula. I don't like how this leaves my hair. It leaves it feeling dry also. But one time I bought an older stock (as i can tell from the print in the label , then i noticed my hair felt like it did before..nice and silky) Please bring back old formula. I will have to start looking for another product to use if this stays this way as it is just not good. I know maybe the ingredients that was removed save the company in costs but if you turn off consumers, you will lose more profit.

My husband has been using this as long as I've known him, 20+ years, and has the best hair. Plus it smells so good. I feel like it is his signature smell. :) Doesn't make his hair oily or flat. He has alot of curl and texture and it washes out well.

I love how the products feel on my head I told like 20 of my family members to get this product I love it and it good for getting hair health and smelling good y'all

I have been using Garnier for years. I switch up to other brands from time to time because my hair is so thin and flat. Garnier 2-in-1 is the only product I keep returning to. Shampoos and conditioners for fine hair suck because they make it feel like pine straw and your scalp REALLY shiny. G 2-in-1 works because it doesn't make my hair look like something it isn't, which is THICK. It's cleansing with just enough conditioner to keep it damage resistant (humidity or dry air) and doesn't shuck up all of your own natural oils and leave your scalp looking like a polished marble

My hairstylist noticed my hair getting thicker! She couldn't believe it and wanted to know if I was using rogaine or some kind of hair growth product. She's been cutting my hair for awhile now and just couldn't believe it. I love it!!

I tried this product, but it did not work as well for me as a shampoo & conditioner sold by a competitor. I like using a combination shampoo/conditioner, because I live in a state with droughts, which requires water conservation. I have fine hair. This product did not condition my hair well enough, to make it easy to comb through my hair.

I'm very picky when it comes to shampoo, this is one of the few that smells good and doesn't leave your hair looking or feeling greasy. I'm a young male with long, thick hair and I can go two days, wearings hats and working and my hair doesn't look or feel greasy thanks to this 2in1 product. Please keep making it Garnier!!

First off I love the citrus smell of grapefruit my hair is thin and long gets oily really quick, when I used the shampoo my hair felt really refreshing it felt clean and smooth since its a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner it helped with my dry damaged ends . Would I use it for colored treated hair? No the color would fade off

I think that the Garnier Fructis Dailey Care 2n1 leaves my hair feeling dirty. Even doing lather, rinse, repeat, I feel like my hair maintains a residue. For my sensitive scalp I try to only wash my hair every 2-3 days, but this product would leave my hair looking dirty after day one. I also hate the scent. It's gag inducing.
