This gentle cleanser has a mild scent and is geared towards those with sensitive skin. It cleanses the skin but I never felt that my face was fully cleansed unless I used it for a second time. This adds an additional step to my skincare routine and the end result is not enough for me to reach for this cleanser as opposed to my regular routine. This product would probably be better suited to a younger demographic.

I love Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser! It is super simple to use and so gentle on my skin. I prefer using this cleanser during the colder months when the cold winter winds are harsh and you need that extra moisture. I typically use the cleanser twice daily and it does it's job. It is scent-free which is non-typical of cleansers and does take a little time to get used to. It also doesn't completely strip your face any and all traces of oil like some other cleansers do. Overall I would recommend it to a friend.

I was very skeptical to use this product as I am an old soap & water type person. Meaning,I only used a regular soap bar and water prior to this.
