Healthy Choice Sweet and Sour Chicken
The Sweet and Sour Chicken from Healthy Choice Gourmet Steamers is my favourite of all of their products! I love the tangy taste! It is also very easy to prepare and my favourite go to meal when I am by myself.
Quick Easy Delicious
This frozen dinner is very tasty. It is an easy meal for lunch or supper. I like that the chicken and vegetables are separate from the sauce.

These are not my favourite item but they do the trick when you are needing something quickly. The taste is mediocre but not bad.

I take one of these Health Choice Gourmet Steamer - Sweet and Sour Chicken to work for my break and it is perfect to get me through the afternoon at work. It has great flavour as do most of the Healthy Choice meals I have tried.

Overall I found it enjoyable and tasty. I wish the portion size was a bit more but it is a great in the go choice for days I don't have time to make a lunch
