Stains and Hard to remove

I bought this eyeliner with hopes that it would be good because Jeffree Star raved about this brand but this eyeliner wasn't the best. First of all the applicator doesn't make really thin lines because when the product touches your skin it almost looks like it spreads out. Second it is very hard to ...remove. I used the micellar water but that didn't really work so I used lotion but that also didn't work. If you want to try this product go ahead but try using an oil based make up remover because the other two I listed didn't work very well. And last of all if and when you manage to take it off it leaves your skin stained. When I was able to take it off it left the part under my eyes black and makes me look like I haven't slept in days. I also forgot to mention but I used face wash to try to remove the liner and even that didn't work so use this liner with caution. I also do have monolids so it does transfer to the top of my lid. I use the roller liner from Revlon and dunk it into this liner to get a thin line.
