I am the owner of many curling irons and wands and I love that this wand doesn't get thinner at the end. It warms up fast, and works really great. I found it easy to use. I own a lot of Conair items and they are really good quality for the price point, and last a really long time!

I like the size and how easy it is to use for a regular curler but it doesn't deliver the results I wanted. I have slightly wavy hair and even though the barrel is thick enough to achieve my beach waves it just did not live up to my expectations. I would probably spend more money and use a different brand.

I like the wand but it wouldn't be my go to. Never used a wand before so it would take me a lot of practice.

The Conair Double Ceramic 1" Curling Wand heats up fast and has adjustable settings for different hair types, so if you have fine hair or super thick coarse hair it will still work for you. Wands are all I use anymore, they're so much easier and better on your hair than clamping it in a curling iron. The 1" is the perfect size for smooth, beachy waves. The rose gold color is also very pretty. The only weird thing is the words/ numbers on my wand have rubbed off completely, so it no longer says "turbo" and whatever else was on there.

This is a great product! I love the larger barrel for a fuller more volumized look. Temperature settings are easy to adjust and I love that the cord is on a swivel so you dont get tangled as easy while curling your hair. Comes with a protective heat glove as well.

I have tried a few other curling wands. Those ones will now be donated. I was given this product in exchange for an honest review. Honestly-if I had purchased it, my other ones would still be getting donated! It offers multiple heat settings based on your hair type. I have only had ones with up to two settings, so this feature is greatly appreciated! I didn't worry about the heat being too intense for my hair type. I liked how long the barrel is-having long hair can make it difficult to find one that holds all of my hair. It comes with a heat glove. I used it about half of the time. Since it has a barrel you can touch, I was not worried about burning my fingers. My only complaints about the product were I would have appreciated it if it came with a travel case/storing case, and I would have liked the cord to be just a little bit longer. This is an excellent product that is easy to use, much more than the competition, and it gave me a beautiful hairstyle! Definitely a game changer that will be in my rotation of hair appliances!

Had the curling wand I received been a larger barrel, I think I would have liked it much more based on my hair type and curling preferences. I do appreciate the fact that you can adjust the temperature settings, and that the directions provide temperature recommendations based on hair type. I also liked how quickly it heated up. The curls held very well throughout the night (and I have hair that I has difficulty holding a curl). Overall, I do recommend this curling want but if you like that blowout, loose curl style of hair, I would recommend a barrel larger than 1 inch

This curling wand was easy to use and gave me perfect waves. Included was a glove to prevent burns, which was helpful.
