Worst purchase ever!
I bought this 2 weeks ago and now need to sharpen it the bottom part of it twists like it twists it up but it doesn't actually go anywhere. And I haven't had to sharpen an eyeliner since the 90s! I'm surprised that such a well-known company like L'Oreal would continue selling such a mediocre product knowing the reviews on it. Back to the competition I go!
Don't buy this eyeliner
Total waste of money. Will not sharpen, no matter the method you try. It's needs to be sharpened after only a few uses.
Disappointed
I bought this pencil today and it doesn't glide at all. I thought sharpening it would help but it is still very dry. It tugs and pulls on the skin so I don't know how I am supposed to use on a sensitive area like eyes. I don't know if I got an expired product of what but very disappointed in the product because I bought it after seeing videos of some influencers using it. Now this is a complete waste of money for me. I need a resolution for this.

Used it twice and the charcoal broke off. Never did find it
Very difficult to work with
Crumbles into lash roots during application, weighing them down and making them look clumpy. Also very difficult to remove once it's on your lashes. I wouldn't recommend this eyeliner to anyone.
Garbage
I just bought this, took it out of the package to use it and the tip broke off. No way to turn it up to use. Nothing, it's unusable junk. Totally wasted my money. Good thing I found an old eyeliner or I would have looked goofy. How do I get my money back for a product that I can't even use 🤔
Waste of Money
I purchased the Prolast eyeliner, for the second time in hopes that my experience would be different than the first. It is IMPOSSIBLE to sharpen, and both times I had to throw it in the garbage after just a couple of uses!!

I have never been able to use an eyeliner on my water without it coming off, well that was until I tried the L'oreal infallible waterproof eyeliner. I was so excited that I was sent it to try. Right after the first use, I was hooked. It's the best. I have never worn eyeliner because I just never found the right one. I'm eyeliner obsessed now. It goes on smooth,I wear contacts and it doesn't bother my eyes one bit. It has great coverage. You won't be disappointed.
