Been natural since 2016....and no heat whatsoever! Bout about a month ago, good deal & great reviews- but hesitant to open and use. UNTIL this past wknd, out of boredom and finally got up the nerve, I tried it out. AMAZING!! Adjustable settings calmed my nerves, long cord & easy to handle. Within minutes I went from thick & coily to silky smooth!! Love it
Favorite flat iron!
This is the second time I have about this flat iron and the only reason I had to replace it was because I lost the first one lol. It's dependable. I have thick, wavy/curly hair and I can get my hair straight in 1 to 2 strokes per piece of hair. Works just as well as more expensive brands I've used. And overall dependable. Listen to the instructions when it says not to wrap the cord around the product it will mess up the cord is one thing I learned from the first time I owned it. And the rose gold is just an added bonus, making it even cuter. Plus, the length of the straightener is awesome so I can straighten more hair at once! 10/10 recommend!

No longer works
I got this hair straightener as a gift a couple years ago and recently it just won't heat up any more.
Nice but not 100%
The only issue I have with this flat iron is that is does not maintain the tempurature, it starts to blink after passing half way through my hair then I have to wait nearly 20-30 seconds for it to heat up again. It's a nice flat iron but I don't have time to wait 30 seconds between each strand. The first time I did not notice the blinking and it made my hair so frizzy!
Does not heat well
Says It has two features but neither work. It does not get hot or straighten my hair.

My old conair straightener broke so I purchased this one and I love it!! It gets so hot and helps make my hair shiny!
