The smell is strong
Very strong scent. It is too strong. makes me cough. It is like inhaling toxins. Please go fragrance free. It detangles but boy the smell is suffocating.

johnsonsbaby.ca/I have been using No More Tangles since I was 4 or 5. I'm 51! That's 47 years! I recommended it to my roommates in college and now my daughter has used it for years. I LOVED how it works, makes my hair feel and SMELLS! Now, it stinks. Literally, the smell is awful. It no longer gets the tangles out. I can't keep quiet about how awful the new product is. Please switch it back!

We went shopping for a new detangler today because we dislike it so much. It's a shame, it worked so well and is reasonably priced.

Your product didn't only cause tears BUT it made me go blind in one eye for an entire day. I demand a refund.
I really liked using...
I really liked using both products. I was pleasantly surprised but the scent. Both fragrances smell amazing! The shampoo works great on my little girl's hair but it would have been nice to get the conditioner so I could really tell the effectiveness of both products together. I had to use another brand & another kind of conditioner at first so it's more difficult to test the product. My little girl has very long hair so I MUST use a conditioner after shampooing! The Detangler is super convenient because it's a spray conditioner so I used it a lot!! And it's still not empty. I wouldn't say it's super effective but it's enough effective. I would buy both products again.

It also seems to make my son's hair greasier than it used to. Not sure what changed but I definitely like the old better than the new!
I got to try JOHNSON'S...
I got to try JOHNSON'S NO MORE TANGLES DETANGLING SPRAY through the Family Rated Product Review Club. My kids love using this spray after every bath to make brushing their hair so much easier. It also makes their hair softer too. My 4 year old daughter especially hates brushing her hair but with the detangling spray there are no more hair brushing battles-happy kids and less stress for Mom! I would definitely buy this again!
