I like it but it pours out of the tube

I just bought this gloss the other day. I really like the gloss, it feels nice, it's not sticky, it's moisturizing and I like the color Rosewood. The problem is the gloss pours right out of the open tube if it's turned upside down, onto my work pants, two days in a row. If I'm holding my little mirr...
