Great Product!
I love this color, it's a little dark when your first do it but it fades a little. The color lasts way longer than any other box dye I've used, there isn't much fading at all. I just need to do my roots
Not what I wanted
I bought this recently I used on light/medium blonde hair and it turned black, I'm so unhappy with my color and now have to try and get the black out

Box Color Done Right! Healthy & Evenly Colored
I received this product for free from Nativa in exchange for an honest product review. #Complementary #SchwarzkopfPartner. I am no stranger to coloring my hair at home, but this Schwarzkopf Intense Cocoa dye is box color done right! I really appreciate the pre-color serum, it's infused with vitamin B6 and it. I didn't have to worry about parts of my hair looking uneven, because all of my hair was nourished before coloring with the pre-color serum. The directions were thorough and I appreciated that this box came with every thing I needed. At no point was I nervous or confused as everything was explained thoroughly in the directions. After washing and drying my hair, I loved the even coverage and the color was so rich and gorgeous. It's been two months since I've colored my hair, and the color still looks as good now as it did day one, it has not turned brassy like my hair usually does!
Repaired the softness & beautiful deep color.
My hair had some mild damage from bleaching it platinum last summer, and I have babied my hair and got it soft again and still it would not take other dyes very well in certain sections. This product however had amazing results on the evenness of color applied and actually made my hair softer.

Didn't color grays the right shade
The overall color was darker than I expected but where I had gray hairs, the dye turned it a dark red. I guess it blends in okay but I can really see the difference.
Good color, great texture
Shade is much darker than the box suggests but is still a nice color. It is black with brownish red under tones.

I have used clarifying shampoo for a few days to fade my ends which pulled in the color a little too much because they were so light. But overall I am happy with this shade and definitely recommend the brand.
Wrong color results. Do not use this color!!!
Intense Cocoa 4.6 This is by far the worst results that I have ever had with any hair color product. I have been coloring my hair at home for 25+ years. The color on the box is a shade of brown, both on the model and the color chart. This product turned my hair BLACK! It is so black, that I checked the tube, to make sure that the right color was included the box. I have never had this problem with this brand, there must be something wrong with the formulation.
