Gives the added kick!

I make a blueberry lemon ricotta oatmeal mug cake for breakfast almost every day. It calls for lemon juice AND lemon extract. It is delicious but I am finding it harder and harder to find the lemon extract. I buy it up and hoard it whenever I find some.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Tasted like perfumE

I used this in a lemon loaf recipe and ended up throwing the loaves in the garbage as the extract ruined the batter flavour and ultimately the baked loaves. There was an aftertaste of a mix of perfume for some and a chemical taste for others. Five of us tried it. Use real lemon's zest and juice for flavour.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
