I used the old version for 30+ years - my go to. Bought the new - not knowing about the changes. Will not use it! Texture and taste is terrible. Bring back the old ... please!!!!

I have been using the white lip conditioner pot since the 80s and it has always been my favourite lip balm. It lasted forever, smelled nice, had SPF, and could even help you breathe better if applied on your nose during a cold (I know that sounds weird). However, I just bought a new pot and was unpleasantly surprised to find that the formula had changed - and not for the better (how can something that was perfect be improved?) - and the SPF removed. Why??? This was wholly unnecessary and ruined the product. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I will be requesting a refund. Bring back the old formula - until then, you have lost a customer.

i have been using Blisex 9White tub w. SPF) since the mid-eighties and considered myself a life-long daily user (motorcycling,cycling, sailing and skiing are all hard on the lips). I had been happy with the product for the last 40 years until this month. I bought two tubs to cover the next year and after a few days of use I now have badly chapped lips. They re going in the garbage. I might try one of the other versions or I might try a different product altogether.

This formula no longer has SPF, it is a different consistency and smell/flavour. It also makes my lips tingle. I am so disappointed in this new version as it is nothing like the previous one that i have been buying consistently for many many years. I will no longer purchase Blistex... unfortunately you have lost a loyal customer.

I'm sooo sad! They changed it! I have been using blistex lip conditioner spf 15 pot for over 30 years! I have one in every pocket and every drawer and in the car and in the boat. Everything single thing is different! Taste, smell :( Now it tastes, smells and feels different.

The packaging and label are pretty much the same, so as usual I bought a bunch of them to stock up. I realized though that the formula changed and it feels much more oilier/greasier and has a stronger medicated scent. It doesn't feel like it moisturizes my lips either. I used to always get this go-to, but now I'm looking for an alternative.

I use this product since i'm a baby, and now they changed the formula twice, but the last formula they changed it for is just truly awful… it doesn't feel the same anymore at all. Please bring back the old, original formula!

SPF removed, tastes bad, doesn't last as long and for all the other reasons for the 1 starred customer reviews on this wall. Loyal customer for 25+ years (husband and I) and we have to go through the remaining 16 pots (yes, expensive lesson from a failed product update). From a 5 stars to 0 stars

I've been using this daily since 1983, worked awesome. Not sure why the change, no SPF, completely different taste and the result not even close. Now I have to try and find something similar, very disappointed to say the least!

25 yr user. Bring back the old formula ASAP please.
