A faint sad memory of a G&T drowned in soda
It is wet so it does mimic that part of a classic G&T but that is the only similarity, however this is more of a homeopathic preparation (ie water) being nearly entirely dominated by carbonated water, underneath that flat yet bubble taste is the reflection of the flavour lime or perhaps lemon if view from a puddle, and somewhere like a faint whisper an echo smothered out by a pillow of tonic. Granted being free of sugar or alcohol you could drink any number of them and each one will be as disappointing as the last. If you take Boiron Oscillococcinum have two of these and give your head a shake (or kick) you might actually feel better but probably will not because both are water, this is just cheaper and overly bubbly.
