A Real Workhorse!

I have enjoyed my Magic Bullet for over 8 years now. I use it several times a week to make smoothies, bring coffee beans and make different dips and dressings. I think everyone should have one of these in their kitchen...

Enjoy product, but not the best quality

I've been using this blender for about a year now. My family enjoys making smoothies of many varieties, and I'd say we use it several times a week at least. It does a good job of blending ice and items used to mix with it (fruit, nut butters, milk, ice cream, etc.). I will say that when blending ice...

My family and I have been using this blender to blending things of course. But one day we were blending a banana mango and orange juice smoothie and then it started making weird noises and grinding the plastic to dust. It was making a weird smell too. Now we can't use it anymore it was a good blender until it broke. :[

Have owned magic bullet for years, and have given some as gifts. Really only use it for shakes, I find it difficult to make salsa etc. However, I Love it, except for one thing. Sometimes the cup - can tip ( rounded bottom and only 4 little legs). After all these years- it would be nice if the company created a flat bottom for more stability. Just a thought. Thanks

Disappointed Quality

I have owned 4 magic bullets in the past 5 years. I am very pleased with the functions of the magic bullet and enjoyed using it to make smoothies. I am disappointed with the longevity of these blenders. We normally get around a year out of each blender before they stop working completely. This is deterring me from ever buying another magic bullet. Although I enjoy the use while they are functioning I cannot continue to pour dollars into a device that is not reliable.

I used it per instructions. It was really fantastic. But unfortunately the motor seized up after about 5 months. The accessories are still intact, which will still come in useful. I will buy a new one eventually, just a bit disappointed that i have to do so.

The problem exists when the seal gives way and liquid is expelled. You must be very, very careful not to over fill the container. This is sometimes hard to do when mixing liquid with solids like vegetable pieces. In my experience, this is going to happen sometime to most users. The problem is a design flaw that drains any liquid that overflows right on through the electrics, motor and all. There is no way to clean this out and so you eventually get a bacterial quagmire that smells to high heaven. They should have allowed for some other drainage path that could be easily cleaned up. As it is, my bullet turned into bacterial mush after about 6 months. I know it was my fault for letting the seal fail, but, as I said, it is going to happen sooner or later to every user. Please re-design the overflow system. I won't buy a new Nutri Bullet, love it though I did, until this basic design flaw is corrected. At that point, I would recommend the Nutri Bullet to others, but until then, I cannot.

Decent product - Poor cups

We have purchased two MBs. When it works it does a good job. However, same problem with both units. We use two times per day every day to blend our cat's food. Each time we blend about 4 or 5 times for 20 to 30 seconds. After 4 months the little plastic clips on the 12 oz cup that activate the motor break off rendering the unit useless. We have been very careful to use properly. I would recommend this product with reservation.

I got my Magic Bullet as a Christmas gift. Many more parts included at the time than what is currently on the market. I have 6 mugs with covers that I've been using since day 1 and I needed to get replacements for the mugs. the clips that go into the blender to have broken off from lots of use, so have found that i can order them online and now have covers to take these mugs with me. I won't have to buy a whole new set until the cutting blade needs to be replaced or the motor dies. That's a good thing!

I bought mine 6 years ago. We make smoothies, iced coffees, we grind our coffee beans, we purée raw vegetables to sneak into other food because the kids refuse to eat certain vegetables, and we purée food for our baby. We absolutely love our magic bullet! It is so worth the money we spent!

We bought this three years ago to make morning smoothies. One for me and one for my spouse, usually every other day. We used only fresh veggies, fruit, yogurt, and some cashews. No ice, no carrots, nothing that took an extra long time to blend up. The smoothies were great, but then the motor kept conking out and finally stopped working. It's certainly cheaper than a Vitamix, but given that our blender lasted for over 10 years, I'm not impressed with how quickly this small appliance wore out, and don't think I'll be purchasing another.
