If you like balms
I am not a huge fan of cleansing balms. This is just a personal preference. It does get the job done to remove makeup but I just prefer washing my face!
I liked it!
I liked this product! It was nice and did seem to melt away the makeup I was wearing, it does have a little greasy feel to me, I wasn't crazy about that, but didn't effect the way I thought about the product too much.

Love this product it melts your makeup off so fast and leaves your skin super clean after rinsing off. I would buy this over and over again in a heartbeat!
Amazing product
Love the makeup melting balm! Usually my eyes are very sensitive, but this did not cause any irritation! It took my makeup off in less than 30 seconds and left my skin feeling smooth!
Working good
I received this Hoy Hydration Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm and loved it. This product is amazing. It removes the makeup easily. And it feels good on the face.
Good product, but avoid eye area
A good clean bomb, but I'll say avoid applying close to the eye area, use a different product for eye makeup removal. The clean strands is sufficient enough for daily makeup cleansing.
Removes makeup well
It really does melt the makeup off wonderfully however it leaves my face really greasy. I had to wash my face twice with my regular cleanser. It also had a funny smell.
Great for double cleanse
This is a great first step in double cleansing. It dissolves makeup and sunscreen effectively but doesn't make you scrub the skin raw. It feels clean without feeling tight.
I love this make remover
My FAVORITE !!!!! The texture is similar to coconut oil but it melts all your makeup off, this does the job when you combine it with the elf off make up remover once you've removed your makeup it leaves your skin soft and glowing.
Skin feels amazing
I hate when a product doesn't work. This melted way make up and made my skin feel so nice and clean and moisturized after I was finished using it. Packaging is easy and clean to use. Can't recommend it enough.
