The Cracker Barrel light block of cheese cuts nicely however the melting ability of this cheese when shredded is not good . Used to make potato skin and cheese didn't melt in oven

This is not my usual brand!! But I was happy with it. We enjoyed it and the taste was good so I will consider buying it again. I would also recommend this brand to family and friend's

Great well known brand, a great option for to have a lesser calorie option, taste pretty good but find it doesn't melt and good as regular full fat cheese

Cracker barrel lite cheese is still creamy tasting but with less calories and maybe a little intense taste . Great with crackers
Crackers With That Cheese?
Cracker Barrel Cheese is always a good choice for the shopping list. It has a nice flavor, shreds easily, and melts nicely. We top our burgers with it, as well as add some shredded to make an even better frozen pizza.

When trying to slim down and lose weight, but not wanting to skip out on the cheese, I love using Cracker Barrel light cheese because it has the same great cheese taste but less fat! Definitely a staple in my household.
