I though I would give these a try as I normally use Depends underwear for men. I was concerned when I purchased them as the medium large size is 34 to 50 inch. I have a 34 inch waist. I won't recommend this to a friend because I don't want anyone to know that I wear them. They are discreet enough that nobody knows that I have one on.
