It's ok
It tastes good but it's not crumbly at all. It has the consistency of mozzarella whereas I was looking for something I could crumble over a Mexican dish. I chopped it up and it was fine though
Canadian/Mexican Cheese
It's not like I remember from Mexican made Cotija, but it is still very tasty, and was great on some tacos and Mexican rice. Would be good with refried beans too.
