Smells terrible, only partially works
I've been a fan Of neutrogena for literally decades but this is a dud. Smells like rancid shortening and doesn'T fully remove waterproof mascara. I like the elf balm and ponds much better.
Not great
THis stuff is not great..smells bad, sits on your skin and doesn't come off well. My face feels dirty after use, it also bubbles up in the sink which is weird. Lots of balms are there that are way better.
Not loving this one
I have always like neutrogena products but this balm is an exception. The smell is so bad, i cabt help but think something in the product is rancid. I bought 3 of these and they're all the same. It does feel a bit waxy on the skin, and my face does not feel very clean afterwards, like there is a residue. Ive ised another balm bu neutrogena, its in a blue container. It's ao much better than this one.
Mascara remover
I bought this balm about a mo ago and have been using it. It takes off the mascara Very easily but my eyes burn every time. That's why I gave it 4 stars and I will not purchase again
Two thumb down
Cant believe its neutrogena. THIS is a seriously inferior Product. Horrible Smell like Candle wax and wont rinse off. Candle wax would be an improvement. Hemish rescue me.
Good for sensitive skin
This product did not have anything that truly wowed me, but it did a nice job. The packaging is minimal, and there is no scent. I personally would like if it had a scent but this would be great for anyone with sensitive skin!
Decent But Not The Best
It does a decent job removing makeup, but it takes a while to wash off with water. Additionally, I'm not the biggest fan of how the product smells. Overall, it gets the job done, but is not my favorite.
Neutrogena Makeup Cleansing Balm
The Neutrogena Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm gently removed dirt, makeup, and sunscreen effectively and left my skin feeling soft. The balm turns from a solid to an oil by rubbing on your palms before applying to the face. The formula was gentle enough to use around the eyes and I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for an effective first cleanse.
Does the job
I don't like the smell or texture however, it does get the job done. It's not easily spreadable but it rinses off very easily. Give it a shot if you need a dense makeup remover. I'm not sure if long term use would lead to clogged pores. Make sure to wash your face with face wash after.
Magic eraser!
This product is amazing where i used to have to use 3 products to make sure no product was left in my pores this product was a one stop shop! The texture is great it doesn't leave your face greasy all in all this is a great product!
