Disappointed with the changes
I have used this for years. Why o why did you change the formula and the bottle? I ran out and bought a new bottle that is the new formulation and no longer the pump. Awful choices! 1 the squeeze type lid makes it extremely difficult to get anything out. I bought a cheap dispenser because I was tired of fighting just to wash my face. 2. After 2 weeks I started breaking out. Couldn't figure it out but thinking this formula is not cleaning as well or has something that just doesn't agree with skin that tends to be oily. Will not buy again unless they go back to the old. Looking for a new cleanser now😣
Do Not Buy!
I wish I could give the new formula zero stars. I've used the old formula for ages and after 5 days of the new stuff my chin is covered in itchy burning breakouts. Very disappointed
Bring back the old formula
I've been using morning burst for well over a decade, but since you changed the formula, I'm going to have to find something else. The new formula is too thick to pump or lather properly, has a faintly acidic chemical smell that the old formulation did not, and does not control oil anywhere near as well as it used to. Just to see if it was just me, I googled "clean and clear new formula is terrible", and page after page after page of hits came up. Please listen to your long-time, brand-loyal consumers and bring back the superior version of this product.

Allergic to the New Formula
I've used the Clean & Clear facial cleansers for years. As long as I can remember. But ever since you came out with the new formula in the new bottle, I've had a reaction. It causes a rash on my face. Sadly, I'll have to discontinue using your products now.
new formula ruins a good thing
This has been my go-to face wash for over 10 years. I am so upset they decided to change the formula. I'll never understand why companies do this. It was great as it was-- no need to change! Losing the pump is inconvenient but I could understand and appreciate the environmental impact. However, I'm sure the decision was motivated more by the cost of manufacturing. It's no doubt cheaper to produce this new crappy bottle than the old one. The customer suffers. PLEASE bring back the old formula, I'll deal with the new bottle. Face wash is a very important product, when you find one that works for you- you tend to be very loyal. I feel like I'll have to go searching for a new one now.

Why did they remove the pump! Face washing was so much easier with a pump with the exact amount needed to wash my face! Strongly dislike this new packaging!!
Don't recommend for sensitive skin
I don't understand why the formula was changed. I've used the original morning burst face wash for 3 years and never had an issue. Now, I have a red, itchy rash across my face and neck! This also happened with another one of their products that had a change in formula. I highly don't recommend using if you have sensitive skin.
Not a fan of the "new and improved" at all.
I don't like the "new and improved" formula at all! I don't care for the odor. I didn't feel any "burst". The color is "off". There are very few beads. And it feels for lack of a better word "weird". I also really liked the pump feature before. Now I have to pick the bottle up, open the top, tip it over and wait for it to finally come out, set the bottle back down, all before being able to wash my face! It's nice you have made it more "earth" friendly, but dang!! I have used Clean and Clear for years. Sadly, now I will be looking for a new product.
