My nails were really damaged and the top layer of them peeling off. This really helped my nails to recover and become stronger once again. I'm really impressed with how strong it's made my nails they're actually starting to grow without snapping and seem a lot healthier. I found it easy to apply and achieve a nice even colour

I've struggled for years with nailing biting, which resulted in weak and brittle nails. After a few weeks of using this nail polish there is a significant difference in my nails. They are growing quicker than usual and stronger, with no more easy breakage. Finally I'm now able to paint my own nails without needing extensions! The scent is not as strong as other nail polishes either which is a bonus, and I particularly like that there is a tiny to the polish, so it looks like a natural nail polish rather than fully clear. I highly recommend!

I didn't realise this was a repair for uv gel nails which I don't have done. My nails are natural. Saying that the Polish goes on nicely, I can't say if it Repairs nails as there is no damage to my nails. The Polish lasts approximately 5 days before it's chipped and in my view tatty.

The value is insane for how much product you get , the colour is so pretty and suttle , it's so easy to apply and the scent is super overpowering , it lasts about 2-4 weeks lasts quite a while compared to other ones I've tried , love the Ingredients not to harsh on the nails and does not damage the nails , it's really good and effective .

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I have always liked Essie products in the past, and whilst this one may not necessarily set the world alight, it is quite good for what it does. The look is very nice once put on - pretty, nude pink, which is always a classic. Once on, I found that it starts chipping after a few days which I notice can sometimes be the case with incorrectly applied gel polish and if you do a lot of washing up. This isn't to say that Essie's To The Rescue is faulty, as I did notice a growth in my nails over the period of usage. All in all, I wouldn't say I noticed a huge improvement in my nailbeds but there was definitely improvement overall. Regarding the price point, it's a bit middle ground - it's not too cheap as to make you think it would be ineffective but can be a tad cheaper as I've used better products in the past that justified the price better.
