Not super sure of the color
I tried a dark blonde shade and while it was labeled dark blonde it leaned much more strawberry blonde on my hair. The color itself is pretty and natural looking but it was not the tone I was expecting. If you are looking for a true dark blonde shade this one may come across warmer than anticipated....

I've been using the dark blonde formula - #7 for almost 20 yrs. Somehow you decided to change the formula and it is no where near the quality it used to be. When you mix up the formula, the color turns purple??? Previously it was a creamy beige. What posessed your company to take a perfectly good product and ruin it???

Good Coverage, but Leaves Hair Dry
This hair color was a little different than pictured on box. I did get great coverage and an fairly satisfied. However, te formula is drying and does not last as long as expected.
Quick to use but hard on hair
I tried this instead of the usual Clairol Nice & Easy. The color was too dark & left my hair on the dry side. I like that it only takes 10 minutes.
Mixing
It Was hard to mix. I had to check expiration date to make sure it wasn't old. I ended mixing the rest of it on my head and massaging it in. Most likely will not purchase again.
Did not work
I bought the root touch up, went thru the process as described. Checked the color, it appeared light so I left it 5 more minutes, no change so I gave it 10 more minutes. Followed the directions of rinsing and using conditioner, I used conditioner for color treated hair. To my dismay not 1 root was covered. I have been coloring my hair with your products for a long time and this has never happened.

Love the color! Easy to use at home and you can apply it yourself. Quick It's great all over color and covers gray hair! Only 10 minutes on hair and it delivers great results.
Easy Application, Soft and Shiny Results
I really liked using this box dye. The built-in comb applicator is such a smart touch and made it easy to distribute the color evenly without making a mess. It helped me work the product through my hair smoothly and I felt like I had great coverage. After rinsing and styling, my hair felt noticeably soft and looked shiny and healthy, not dry or dull like some box dyes can leave it. The color turned out rich and natural looking, and overall the process felt simple and well thought out. Definitely a solid at-home color option.

The application process was very easy and straightforward and I really liked comb cap in the bottle which made it simple to apply and less messy. Everything went on evenly and felt very beginner friendly. Overall I would probably buy it again because of how easy it was to use but I would choose a different color next time.
A Black hair color that actually works !
This nice and easy black hair color delivers exactly what it promises ! It has a nice gloss to it and covers all the grays ! The application was straightforward and clear with an easy no drip formula that made this perfect to use at home . The conditioning treatment left my hair smoother and softer which was super important to me because in the past my hair was dry and very brittle feeling from other dyes . The color held up over time and for the coverage and softness it gave my hair is a great value … I definitely recommend!
