Not as shown on box
I bought this today and dyed my hair, it's not even close to being brown, it's literally just black and now my hair is ruined because i wanted to be as close to my natural hair colour as possible and now it's black , not "brunette" as it says here
5CB Nice n Easy
I have used this colour for a few years now. Just love this colour. Have used Nice n Easy for over 30 years. I have never been disappointed radiant colour every time.
Don't trust this product.
My hair came out so dark. I've been dying my hair for years thus, I wanted a nice brown shade so I could grow out my hair. Now it's super dark red brown which I don't want. Not at all like the box I want my money back I can't afford to fix this.

I bought 8G product. Its great easy too use and shine beautiful colours.
Disgusting
I stripped my hair went a lovely auburn colour, put this on for around 4-5 minutes to literally tone it slightly down and my hair is dark brown. Absolutely disgusting, waste Of money.

Used product as directed for overall color. Instead of dark golden brown, mine is almost black. VERY UNHAPPY. now trying to remove color without bleach.

Claroil burns my scalp and the smell is horrible.The conditioner is so/so doesn't do a thing. it's easy to use.
Light ash brown 9a
Well I have just coloured my hair with light ash blonde 9a, which I have used for many years, wow! my hair turned out brown WHAT!!!. I have a wedding in two days. I now have to do it again to get lighter. Very bad, won't use again.

I bought this product last month and thanks to Clairol for providing this hair colour. I also used to be born with black hair; now I dyed my hair in brown colour shades (dark golden brown and medium brown) to look more youthful and to look like a young and handsome Filipino-Canadian boy/man of Spanish descent, resembling a Spaniard from three cities in Spain: Madrid, Valladolid, and Valencia.
misinformation, wrong colour.
Brought this dye to make my hair a dark brown colour, like the photo on the box. My hair is now black-blue. I am so mad, literally nothing like the photo on the box, disappointing.
