I bought this product about a month ago, and it did exactly what I needed it to. I am an almost 37 year old woman with wavy hair. My hair, up until recent years, has always been extremely thick, but with fine texture. As I have aged, my hair seems to have aged too, and its frankly been stressing me out. My daughter (age 7) has the exact same hair type as I do, and her father took her for the weekend and her hair came back AMAZING. Like, omg wow amazing. Sleek, shiny, no tangles, just absolutely gorgeous. I asked him what he used on her hair, expecting it to be some kind of after wash product and he told me it was "just pantene shampoo and conditioner". Obviously I immediately ordered some, and I chose this one, thinking that I would like the smell (I did). What i wasn't expecting however, was how after using this product (as directed) was the extreme affect it would have on my hair in one use! My hair felt like SILK. It looked like silk too, and I just could not believe it. My hair went from being dull and frayed to being this silken veil of wow. I did notice that it needed to be washed a little more regularly than I normally needed, as it does get greasy faster, so I only rated this 4 stars, but I have gotten 2 more pantene sets to try out, the ultimate volume set and the smooth and sleek set. I just know I will not be disappointed, as washing my hair now feels like a beauty treatment instead of a self maintenance chore.

I have tried other products after going natural that actually broke my hair out and kept it dry and brittle. So I decided to go back to Pantene which I always used when I had Perm in my hair. This time, I decided to try the Rose Water Shampoo and Conditioner by Pantene because it is Sulfate and Paraben Free and it is GREAT! It Smells Wonderful and it lathers up with just a little bit of shampoo. I have also noticed that when I condition my hair, I keep it in my hair for about 20 minutes wrapped in a plastic bag. When I rinse it out there is NO Hair in my comb when I comb through it. I Love that!

I purchased this conditioner and matching shampoo. I hope that Pantene continues to make this great product. My hair is about 50% gray and the conditioner makes my hair soft and smooth. The frizz is noticeably reduced even after air drying. I'm so glad that I came back to this product as what I had been using was just making my hair more dry and frizzy even though it claimed to be moisturizing. My 97-year-old grandmother loves it as well!
