I hate the new formula and left a review a few months ago with my feedback. I've been reading similar reviews about the new formula - even the recent 4 or 5 star reviews are misleading because the accompanying text in those reviews is OVERWHELMINGLY negative. I am almost out of the original formula product bottles that I had stockpiled once I realized that the new formula is so bad, I was hoping that you would bring back the original. Sad to say that you've lost a(nother) long-standing customer.

I never leave product reviews but I need to for this. I've been using this lotion for years and have probably gone through 15 large bottles. The old formula was absolutely perfect with no room for improvement! WHY change the formula when no one asked for it? Read the older reviews for this product from a year or two ago, and it's clear this was a well-loved product. WHY reformulate it? The old formula was so silky and easy to spread on skin, and it soaked in immediately without leaving any sticky residue on skin. This new formula is heavy, sticky, and it leaves a white cast on skin that takes minutes to rub in. Skin stays sticky for about an hour afterwards. The new scent isn't terrible but it's not as nice as the old scent. To be fair, the new formulation isn't the worst lotion I've ever used. It's just that the old formula was the only body lotion I'd ever tried that went on so comfortably while still being moisturizing and having the perfect scent. The new formula makes this just like any other sticky, unpleasant lotion on the market...so there's no reason to continue repurchasing now. Also, the old bottle design was much better. The pump on the new bottle is much flimsier. Please listen to loyal customers and go back to the old formula.

Why do companies change formulas when the original is so much better? I purchased my usual Vanilla and Almond Oil lotion, which was also my husband's favorite. It used to blend in easily and leave a beautiful non-sticky, healthy glow to the skin. Now, it is a white mess and very difficult to absorb. I will be on the hunt for a different lotion.

I seriously hate this new formula. The older one was everything and more. This one is sticky. Doesn't leave my skin soft. Leaves a white cast. I agree with every comment. Please bring it back!!!!!!!!

I Loved the old lotion the new lotion is absolute garbage. I've used it for years, and now bc of the choice to cheapen your Ingredients in finding a new brand. Fix it please

I have been using this lotion for years. I just used the new formula bottle for the first time today and immediately I noticed a difference. It doesn't smell as good and didn't leave my skin as soft and smooth as the previous formula. Please bring back the old formula. The previous formula was the absolute best!!

This new formula is terrible! I used this lotion for YEARS and it was the only lotion that actually moisturized my skin. Whatever is in this new formula leaves an awful residue and does not absorb into the skin. Please bring back the original formula!

I have only purchased this lotion for years. The new formula is horrible, It doesn't smell the same. It doesn't absorb, it leaves me sticky and gave me bumps on my legs. Please bring back the old formula! You have lost a customer, now I'm turning to Jurgens to try there new shea vanilla crush.

The new formula does not compare to the old one. It is greasy and leaves a white film on the skin and does not feel smooth when applying. The new scent doesn't smell like vanilla anymore. I've been using this lotion for years and am so disappointed with this new formula. Please bring back the original formula.
