Excellent product
I was hesitant to buy this because I don't like coconut in some products, but you can't taste the coconut. I love this product because you can just enjoy it to enhance your meals, for taste (it has negligible nutrition or food values). This is a long awaited product for me because I'm allergic to milk. I've used it on tacos, on papadums with salsa and as a clotted cream substitute with jam on toast/scones. Now I plan to use it with Konjac noodles for a mushroom stroganoff, on chili with VIolife cheddar, in French onion dip, fruit dip, in cucumber sandwiches, strawberry shortcake, sour cream coffee cake, seven layer dip and as a cake topper!!! It's not sweet, so to add the sweetness I put 5 drops of "Sweetmonk" on it, per serving, for sweet dishes/fruit. This product will now be stocked in my fridge on an ongoing basis, like ketchup, mayo, relish and other condiments. Well done PC!!!
