It's great but the pod basket stopped registering within 4 months of purchase and the frother wisk does not lock on like it's supposed to so you have to hold it on there if you want to use it and you can't leave it attached when not in use.

One of the best quality machines in the market. You can feel the quality difference just by even touching it. I have had 5 or 6 different machines and brands of the last few years and none of them have lasted. The worse brand I experienced was Keurig. Gets the water hotter than other brands, doesn't splash when pouring like other brands. Very well designed and thought out.

I purchased this last fall in the hopes that it will give more options. It was to replace a Cuisinart Dual Brew which we had for over 7 years. The coffee is not very hot. I use a traveler mug and it is slightly hotter than luke warm. When making grounds the coffee filter is horrible to get the grounds out. The manual states you are not to use filters, so this makes a mess when trying to empty it into the green bin, and you end up with a lot of grounds that get washed down the drain, which can cause issues. I have other Ninja products and have been very happy with them. This one I am extremely disappointed.

have had mine for a couple if months and am very pleased with it. super impressed with how hot my coffee is compared to other brands

Bought this a month ago. Worked well in the beginning. Now try to make a cup of coffee and it pumps water out of the bottom all over the counter and makes horrible noises.

Finally..a single cup coffee maker with a basket for the coffee grounds as well as able to.use a pod. which makes a mess and still can't make my coffee strong enough! But with this coffe ground BASKET I can make use as much grounds as I like and if I want to use a pod I can as well. Thank you

My house has been using a Moka style pot and drip machine for years. I preferred the flavor of the Moka style, and my wife preferred the simplicity of the drip machine. This Ninja has replaced both. It is not only incredibly easy to use, but the flavors it is capable of are exceptional. Whether using ground or a K-cup, this thing is a winner. At first I felt it was a little slow, as it would intermittently stop while brewing. But this is actually to its benefit, it allows the water more time to extract the flavor from the coffee. Overall, I do not see my family going back to our old ways of brewing coffee.

This machine is great for coffee lovers! I enjoy the versatility of being able to brew both K cups and hot or cold coffees. I enjoy morning and afternoon recipes. This dual machine is perfect for ground and iced coffee brews.

I am very happy with this coffee maker. I have had other coffee makers in the past and this is by far my favorite. The product works great. I have used it every morning for a few weeks and it has done its job perfectly. I really enjoy the design of this machine. Most other pod machines are big and bulky. This coffee marker is slim and fits perfectly on my counter space. It is very simple to use and the instructions are easy to follow. Overall I am thrilled with this coffee maker and would recommend it to anyone.
