New formula doesn't work
I've used Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Cleanser for well over 10 years. The old formula was fantastic- it made my skin look & feel great, but more important kept my breakouts in check. Left my skin damaged.
It's heavily perfumed and has absolutely wrecked my skin. I was using it with the face lotion of this line and my face is raw and peeling now.
Cleans Just Enough
I recently bought this cleanser to use in the morning and at night after using the cleansing wipes. I really like it because it cleans enough without being harsh. It's non-drying and feels great. Affordable luxury that's available everywhere, that's why I love it!
terrible since they changed the formula
I was a long-time customer until they changed the formula. It's now harsh on my skin and leaves it dry and red. Whatever they changed, it also smells different now in a bad way. When your brand is targeted to sensitive skin, why change a product that worked? And make it harsher?
Extremely drying and harsh
This totally dried up my face and gave me wrinkles. It has fragrance in it which I was hoping it didn't.

Why do companies do this. They change formulas or discontinue products that their customers clearly love. My skin is very sensitive and the OLD formula was the ONLY cleanser that didn't cause irritation and actually improved my skin. Then they discontinue it and try to promote this product as if nothings change or it's better. Highly dissatisfied and now I need to go back to the drawing board to find a product that will actually work for me. You all are losing life long customers just so that you can cut corners. Well done

Faulty top
We like using the wash. It does a great job. But the plunger on the top stops working after half way thru. We purchased another bottle to switch. But then the second top stopped working.
Wonderful Product!
This is a wonderful product and I have used it for many years! It cleans my skin perfectly and leaves it feeling soft and smooth!
Bring back the original!
Please bring the old formula back. I used the old formula for 25+ years and loved it. As soon as I started using this new one my face started breaking out. It doesn't rinse off clean, it leaves a film behind and makes my skin feel gross. Just an awful product. I'm so disappointed.
Raw, Red and Irritated!
This reformulated product began to irritate my skin after a weeks worth of cleansing. My face began to feel raw and irritated. I have now since switched to Aveeno's Daily Moisturizing Face Cleanser and Face Lotion, without any issues at all. If the Positively Radiant product line doesn't suffice for you any longer, then switch to the Daily Moisturizing Face Care range.
